Sofia Vergara, Epic Food Collabs & Drag Queens: Everything You Need to Know About Eeeeeatscon Miami 2025

Eeeeeatscon is coming back to Bayfront Park this February 8-9 with a lineup that’s worth breaking your diet for. The Infatuation’s food festival, presented by Chase Sapphire, just announced its second Miami edition featuring more than 25 restaurants, local performances, and yes—Sofia Vergara fresh off her Griselda success.

Let’s talk food first. The festival is bringing together some seriously exciting collaborations: LA’s Community Goods is teaming up with Miami’s reservation-impossible duo Boia De and Walrus Rodeo. Meanwhile, Tâm Tâm’s Vietnamese excellence is joining forces with LA’s Filipino powerhouse Kuya Lord and Sweet Delights Bakery (imagine those flavor combinations).

The solo lineup reads like a “best of” list across three cities. New York’s cult favorite Caffè Panna is bringing their life-changing ice cream south, while Chicago’s 3LP Chi is coming through with their legendary char siu and orange chicken. The local representation is just as strong, featuring heavy hitters like Miami Slice (worth every minute of that line), Ghee Indian Kitchen (fresh off their Wynwood expansion), and Zitz Sum (the Coral Gables spot known for their never-the-same-menu-twice approach).

The entertainment lineup is equally stacked. Saturday features Sofia Vergara—who’s also bringing her new culinary brand TOMA to the festival—alongside comedian Julio Torres. Sunday brings the queens from RuPaul’s Drag Race, including Miami’s own Lucky Starzzz, Morphine Love Dion, and Mhi’ya Iman LePaige (yes, the one who does those insane flips on South Beach).

Local talent gets major representation with Miamibloco’s Bateria Saideira bringing their Samba percussion, Hilltronix serving up Miami bass and freestyle beats, and Rich Medina dropping his signature globe-spanning sets.

Here’s the best part: unlike most food festivals where vendors barely break even, restaurants at Eeeeeatscon keep all their profits. Tickets are running $25 per day, and Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders get access to an exclusive all-you-can-eat option plus a private lounge with special bites and complimentary drinks.

More announcements are expected before February, but with a lineup this solid, you might want to grab your tickets now. Tickets can be purchased here.
